ServiceNow Specialist SPM Implementation

Location: All Latam - remote

We are looking for a ServiceNow Specialist to engage with clients, demonstrate the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) functionality of ServiceNow, and assist in the specification and implementation of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Meetings: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and present SPM demos.

  • Requirements Gathering: Document business requirements and create specifications for implementation.

  • Implementation: Lead the configuration and customization of the SPM module.

  • Testing: Ensure the solution meets requirements through thorough testing.

  • Support: Provide post-implementation support and training to clients.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow

  • At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow SPM implementation.

  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to gather requirements.

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization.

  • ServiceNow certifications (preferred).
