Our Story

Avvy was founded on March 2022 by Valentin Rodriguez (CEO), Elith Palomino (CTO) and Camilo Fernandez (CLO). We started the company with the idea of being the bridge between great talent in Latin America with companies all around the globe, helping companies build great software while working with amazing people.

We saw a need for companies to have a reliable partner to help attain great talent, and the need for talent to expand their horizons by finding the right job.
