They are seeking a highly skilled and certified ServiceNow professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a ServiceNow role.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM and ITOM.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Develop and deliver enhancements, workflows, and customizations within the ServiceNow platform.

  • Perform system and application upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance.

  • Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.

  • Stay current with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and updates.

Requirements:

  • ServiceNow certifications in ITSM and ITOM are required.

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.

  • Strong understanding of IT service management and IT operations management principles.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Advanced English level (B2+)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
