Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with at least 4 years of experience, preferably within a software company. As a key member of our design team, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. You will be responsible for translating user needs and business goals into innovative design solutions that improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Work closely with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of your designs.
Continuously improve designs based on user feedback, analytics, and industry best practices.
Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all digital products.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally in a software company or related industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs, web/mobile projects, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on usability and functionality.
Strong communication skills and ability to present your designs and ideas effectively.
