With their app, finding a one-off pickup game, league, or tournament near you is fast and easy. All you have to do is tap the app, join a game, and show up ready to play!

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to expand GoodRec’s product to new sports and communities. You will work closely with the founding team to grow revenue and profit and build scalable operating systems. Your responsibilities include:

  • Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning with company goals and user needs.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

  • Analyze data to optimize user experience and prioritize features based on

    performance metrics.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovate to continuously add value to the product.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles.

  • Background in entrepreneurship or startup environments with a demonstrated ability to drive product success.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work

    cross-functionally and engage stakeholders effectively.

  • Proficiency in English (C1).
