We are seeking a Project Manager to provide direct support to the CEO in driving strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional projects. This role requires a proactive leader capable of translating high-level business objectives into actionable project plans, ensuring their execution aligns with organizational goals.
The Project Manager will work closely with the CEO and the leadership team to prioritize and execute strategic projects, manage key deliverables, and ensure that the organization's vision is effectively realized through efficient and collaborative project management. This role demands an exceptional ability to navigate complex challenges, coordinate across teams, and maintain clarity amidst competing priorities.
Within 1st 30 Days:
Familiarize with the company’s strategic goals, current projects, and organizational structure.
Develop strong relationships with the CEO, leadership team, and key stakeholders.
Gain proficiency in internal tools and systems (e.g., project management software, CRM).
Take ownership of an initial portfolio of projects, ensuring clear timelines and deliverables.
Within 60 Days:
Lead weekly progress reviews for all CEO-sponsored initiatives.
Identify project risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation plans where necessary.
Begin managing cross-functional alignment, ensuring all teams understand their roles in project execution.
Within 6 Months:
Demonstrate measurable progress in strategic project execution, showcasing the ability to drive initiatives from inception to completion.
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, offering insights and solutions to project challenges.
Within 12 Months:
Fully integrated into the executive team’s decision-making process, providing strategic guidance on project prioritization and resource allocation.
Establish a track record of delivering high-impact projects that contribute directly to organizational growth and efficiency.
Strategic Alignment: Ability to translate the CEO’s vision into structured, actionable plans.
Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to navigate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.
Problem Solving: Analytical mindset to anticipate challenges and implement creative, effective solutions.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Proven track record of managing large, complex projects in a dynamic business environment.
Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working directly with executive leadership is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of how businesses function.
Hands-on experience in managing projects in project planning software, preferably Jira.
Experience in configuring and leveraging systems to provide needed data for regular status updates as opposed to manually pulling together reports.
Background in strategic planning or operational leadership.
Familiarity with CRM or other enterprise software solutions.
