Our client is a small Salesforce consulting partner based in Denver, Colorado. They specialize in Salesforce implementations, custom development, and Salesforce managed services. They work with a wide range of organizations around the US - with a focus on small and medium sized businesses in the construction, manufacturing, and logistics industries. This is to work fully remotely, with a core group of team members in the Denver area.
We are looking for a full time Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our client's team. This individual should have a strong understanding of the Core Salesforce Products - Sales, Service, & Experience Clouds - as well as experience with at least one other Salesforce product (Marketing Cloud, CRMA, Field Service, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, etc…). The ideal candidate will have experience in the complete client lifecycle from pre-sales to project delivery and ongoing support. This individual has proven experience with Salesforce implementation, customization, and optimization - working individually or with a team, collaborating with customers, and helping to design solutions.
Client Analysis and Solution Design:
Run discovery and requirement gathering processes for new implementations and custom development.
Analyze business processes and gather requirements to design Salesforce solutions that meet their needs.
Schedule and run collaborative meetings with prospects and existing clients to gather and document detailed requirements for Salesforce projects.
Prepare and present project scopes, estimates, and proposals.
Salesforce Customization and Configuration:
Customize and configure Salesforce environments, including custom flows, schema buildouts, routing logic, reports and dashboards, AppExchange apps, etc.
Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement:
On larger projects, work with a project manager to ensure clients are up to date on what’s happening, communicating time/budget/scope issues as they arise. Work with a team of junior developers to build solutions.
On smaller projects, act as project manager, keeping clients up to date on and ensuring projects are complete on time.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into client-friendly language.
Data Management and Integration:
Lead data migration efforts, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce systems, working with developers or other resources as needed.
Training and Support:
Provide user training and support, preparing training materials, and assisting users with questions and issues.
Pre-Sales Support:
Support sales team with technical support, scoping, and estimating for opportunities focused on core Salesforce products.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into client-friendly language.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities.
Experience and Technical Skills:
8+ years of experience building solutions on Salesforce, including 3+ years as a solution Architect or Senior Salesforce Consultant.
Experience leading discovery and requirements gathering cycles and writing scopes of work.
Experience working with a delivery team consisting of admins, developers, and other specialists working together to deliver a solution.
A strong grasp of Core Salesforce architectures, features, and functionality.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and customization capabilities.
Some understanding - or a desire to quickly become knowledgeable - of Revenue Cloud, CRMA, Field Services.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

3/4 of the following certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Constant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst
1/5 of the following certifications: Field Service Consultant, Tableau Crm And Einstein Discovery Consultant, CPQ Specialist, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant
Any number of Architect certifications.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of working in a collaborative team environment.
